A free, open-source Git hook that, on a protected-branch push, has a separate reviewer read the diff and ask what the change does when things go wrong, and lets the push continue only after you answer. The project page lists support for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode and Pi, and a sphinx yolo mode that lets pushes through and logs each skip. The page's example exchange is labeled illustrative, and we have not seen evidence that it catches misunderstanding in practice.
